Here's your information:
The municipality of Potamia took the initiative to set up a hand-made cigar factory. The Domenico Cigar and Tobacco Growers Cooperative is based in the homonymous village and tries to promote the commercial utilization of its members products. A group of mainly young people founded in 2004 an important, profitable and pioneering business of Cuban tobacco production under the auspices of the mayor of Potamia who travelled to Cuba and gained information about the world of cigars. Tobacco is processed to produce hand-made cigars and cigarillos. Moreover, the municipality of Potamia has engaged in the cultivation of energy plants such as rape (Brassica napus) for the production of biodiesel.

But here is also a post from a cigar smoker, living in Greece, and his comments about that cigar:
I live in Greece and I see no reason spending your money on something that has a horrible taste and it will cost you the same money as a cc RASS....
