This Don Arturo Gran X was bombed to me from the generous MUMIKE! What a great guy and what a great birthday treat!
The pre light draw consisted of oak like tobacco and molasses.
The first third started out like an aged opus; peppery/tangy and then progressing to a smooth creamy oak flavor.
The second third moved towards coffee and wood with almost no spice tingle to the finish.
The final third was my favorite; it consisted of fruity oak flavors and earth with a black coffee finish.
All in all this cigar was very good. I am grateful that mike sent one of these to me and he is very deserving a big bomb. 93/100 points.
