what I ment more was doesn't fuente use their finest grade leafs on one cigar Say Don Carlos. Then use the next best graded leaf on say the Hemmingway, and so on and so on. Or Am I off base on this entire thing?
Donk, marketing is a big force in the industry. There are THOUSANDS of cigars out there and companies are competing for your dollar. They may promote one sector as a step up, but always, always judge for yourself. I happen to like both Hemmi's and DCs. Is one better? I prefer one over the other at times, but that's not a function of marketing. It's a funtion of my tastes. I know people who think their $4 cigar is consistantly WAY better than my $12 stick. That's one of the beauties of this hobby. It's the journey, not the destination.....(someone way more profound than myself said that once)
