I know this may sound impartial because it's a DE bombing, but I think that this is just about the coolest cigar video out there. Any way you slice it, the video was great to watch from here in Miami cause it made me feel like I was home in Esteli. Also, that cool music made me feel all inspirational and whatnot.

Thank you so much, Cigar Channel for giving the Subculture Studios boys the exposure to show their talent. Wait till the Nicaraguan Grafiti Festival on December 11th. We should have about 5,000 people at the factory for the national event.

Best,
JD

What's happening Clint !!

I find that marketing a cigar comes kinda naturally when you live above, behind or inside your factory for thirteen years. A lot of sleepless nights that you just find yourself sitting at a rolling table, drinking coffee and eating bad, fattening things, then smoke another stick, then think and eat again. Repeat process and add in the Grafiti guys for good stature and boom, wallah, ya stepped in shit and happily ever after.

Are you coming to Nica on the Safari, by any chance Clint? Would be great to have you down with us.

Best,
JD

Gary Artz and the Cigar Channel guys did this video after I left Nicaragua and I was so surprised that they took interest in all our grafiti stuff. So glad they did though. Thanks again for the wonderful video.

Best,
JD

Miles to go before I sleep ...
Looking forward to checking these out when I get home!

It's interesting to look at cigar manufacturers who approach their product as extensions of their own personalities. It's almost natural, unintentional marketing ... marketing by proxy, if you will.

By chance, are there any pics online that show the inside of the hotel portion of your factory? I only just recently learned about cigarsafari and I was curious to see what some of the suites look like.

well this has got to be the smartest marketing technique in the cigar scene today. This totally detracts from the old-rich-white man stigma that cigars seem to have.

love it
