drink pairing for EP Carrillo New Wave?

Do you guys have any drink recommendations for pairing to the EP Carrillo New Wave line? I know these are mild to medium but I wonder how Scotch will treat this stick?

Try sanpelegrino..I can't do the carbonated water but this has lemon and is very refreshing...cleans the pallet.

I like it with espresso or coffee. Irish whiskey would be nice as well.

If its a creamy Conn. as I've heard, then any hard liquor will probably overpower it. I'd go with coffee, personally.

Though if there are any fruit notes, it might be interesting to try Grand Mariner -- or GM in coffee
