Well, seems while I was in Florida I picked up a nasty ear infection that will not go away. The Augmentin antibiotic pills and topical antibiotic drops did not work. Now has gotten worse and had to drive to the hospital Sunday night at 2am cause of the pain. The ER doctor gave me the topical again (cause I left at the office locked up over the weekend) and a couple perkoset (pain pill) to help me sleep and to help pain till can be seen during the work week. Today I visit regular internal medicine doctor. They flush out the ear of all the CRAP. Now the inner ear is filled with the infection so they give me stronger antibiotics and send me off the ENT specialists. They get in there and remove all the crap and tell me I now have a hole in my eardrum to boot! They give me stronger topical drops and a different pain type pill cause to boot. So the last week I have my equilibrium out of whack and the right ear can't hear shit.
I think all will be fine in a few days or a week. I am glad I got that off my chest. I look here and see JgButler with all the family and other people with FAR worse than I. It is all about perspective, makes my little ear almost trivial in the scope of things. My thoughts are off me and to his group to get well that is for sure. Thanks for letting me share.
