Ate enough food to feed a small village.

Spiral ham, mashed potatoes,gravy,creadmed peas,carrots,spinich/artichoke dip,cornbread stuffing,rolls and more ham.

Time for a nap and a then a dip in the hottub and back up in time for the Sopranos.

We are going to wait for the kids to get a little older before we start having Easter Sundays like we did when we were kids.

Spiraled ham, leg of lamb, pork roast, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, ric and gravy, asparagus, rolls, deviled eggs...I think that was it.

I brought 4 loaves of fresh bread (rosemary, sourdough, pan bioche, and sodabread for pop)

Uh... I had chicken tenders and fries from the bar after I got off work....

I hate spending my Easter like that but unfottunately I had no choice....I had to work a 12 hour double....

I come from a big extended family where Easter means a minimum of 20 plus people and enough food to feed most third world countrys. Hard to imagine being alone or left-overs. No disrespect intended for leftovers or chicken tenders...
