ECCJ paired with Champagne

So I remember a while back Dion saying that he thought the ECCJ blend paired very well with Champagne. I think the girlfriend and I are going to give it a try after lunch. I'll report back with the findings. We have a bottle of Prosecco chilled and while its not truly from the Champagne region of France, it's a pretty damn good bottle of bubbles that doesn't break the bank.
