I wish! It looks like the shippers fault not Compact Appliance. Their customer services opens in 2 hours I'm gonna call and see what happens now.

Well interesting approach by Compact Appliance. They told me to throw it away and they would credit back my money.

Guess I'll see what I can do with it. Most like it will be a parts spare for when I'm lucky enough to find another for sale and grab it.

Yeah, that's the one. When I checked out it said "Condition: New". So not sure if they differentiate between their scratch/dent and new products when purchasing. Hopefully it's not too mangled. lol

A bunch of people have bought the scratch and dent models and have been fine. Several were very small scratches and had no issues with the operation features. And some not so lucky, and had to return the unit.
