So I bought the Pete Johnson Sampler off of Cigar Monster when they ran the special. It had 5 sticks in it, the best one being a Cojonu 2006. I got the cigars from UPS yesterday and the box looked like they used it to play soccer. Fearing that my sticks had been damaged I open it up and find that the ones in Cello seemed to be ok but the Cojonu was messed up pretty good. I called up Famous to resolve the issue telling them I don't need the whole package replaced, just the stick. Famous tells me that they cannot replace the stick as they have no more in stock so what they will offer is to refund me 1/5 of the purchase price or about $4.60. I do not think this is fair as all the other sticks in the package was nowhere near the value of the Cojonu and really that is the one I wanted most. I talked to 2 people over there and thier response was pretty much the same. Either I can take the money or they can refund it all and have the UPS pick up everything and refund it all. As a salesman I find this as poor customer service. They did not care about working with me, it was either that or nothing, plain and simple. This is beginning to leave a sour taste in my mouth. Anyone else ever have a problem with them?
