Who has used or uses one? What were your troubles with the standard putter grip and did switching to the fat grip help or hurt you?

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Fat Putter Grips

I started with a fat (super stroke) grip. It did help with preventing my wrists from breaking and keeping my line on short putts. Eventually I opted for a standard sized (Iomic) pistol grip because enjoyed the feel for distance control. If you do not have a good repeatable stroke I would advise a mid-size to large grip.
