Favorite Dinners and How to Cook Them.

Mine is very simple garlic butter fried chicken in white wine topped with fresh basil...fresh French bread and a small salad.

Crock pot corned beef.

Buy a corned beef

Put a cup of water and the seasoning packet into the crockpot

Cook beef for 8hrs

Then add cabage that you have quartered up and baby carrots

Cook them for anohter 1 1/2 hrs

Then enjoy the meal
