  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Mine is very simple garlic butter fried chicken in white wine topped with fresh basil...fresh French bread and a small salad. :)

Crock pot corned beef.

Buy a corned beef

Put a cup of water and the seasoning packet into the crockpot

Cook beef for 8hrs

Then add cabage that you have quartered up and baby carrots

Cook them for anohter 1 1/2 hrs

Then enjoy the meal
