Alton Brown's recipes are great. His propensity to make every thing from scratch including things used as ingredients in other dishes is a bit much some times, but his food is amazing. I made his Hungarian Goulash and it was absolutely AMAZING. What a great dish.

My wife is adicted to Good Eats. We tried home made Gyro's yesterday, not bad but does this guy know how to make anyting that doesn't take three grocery stores to find the ingrediants and half a day to make it.
