He roasts fresh to order ships immediately. That said, he is down right now. Had a fire recently, lots of smoke and water damage, and is working hard to get back up.

Awesome! I'll have to check these out when I get home. Any favorite blends?

I usually go for bolder roasts when use the aeropress and medium roasts in my moka pot.

been buying from http://coffeeam.com for years.
They roast and ship the same day. If you sign up on their website, you get a free half pound of something with every order. I think I pay $30-$38 per 5lb bag. It works well since I go through about 10 lbs a month.

My order arrived last night and I am now drinking a nice cup of the resurrection blend. It is the silkiest coffee I've ever had. Tons of flavor. All I need is a cigar....
