Love my Xicar cutter, never had a problem. I always forget about the warranty and quick response, I have a Xicar lighter in the drawer that has not worked for like two years, might take advantage of that and send it back to see what happens.

if you shop arond a bit, that cutter can be had for about $5 or $6. CC just puts their name on it and doubles the price.

That's not bad! At the time it was an impulse buy. I went in looking to get a Xicar. I just couldn't justify the hefty price tag for the coolness of having a cutter that pops open. And the CC seemed to be just as sharp and also has the lifetime guarantee.

Yeah, I know what you are saying. I sell Palios, but truth is a I use a $5 cutter for my personal use.

Just send the lighter to them.. a friend of mine said his had died and I asked him for it.. he said ti was too much hassle to send it back. For the $1.85 it cost me to send it in, I had a brand new Enigma in four days.
