Flags have been flown, and now have a total of 22. I'm really sorry if I wasn't able to get you one. We had an extremely limited supply at our PX. I'm thankful I was able to buy the ones I did. I'll start working on the certificate design tomorrow, and hope to have them in the mail on my next day off. (The 14th)

Thanks again for doing this for us and be sure to send our gratitude your brothers and sisters serving over there as well. I keep praying this crap ends soon so you all can come home safely, especially today.

Thanks again brother. This is awesome. That pic of you guys holding the flag is bad ass! You should try to incorporate it onto the certificate!

One of the flags I ordered is for my Dad as a gift, I told my mom about it yesterday and she almost started to cry. Thank you so much.

I may sound like an idiot but what does it mean that it was flown? Is there a place on the chopper you attach it to or something?

Thank you very much for doing this, and serving our country, and I will keep you in my prayers brother.

We have an aft stowage bay in our aircraft I use to stow all the flags. I'm on a QRF (Quick Reaction Force) shift of 14 hours. We launch to escort MEDEVAC aircraft when they do POI (Point of Injury) MEDEVACs, and we launch to support ground guys when they come in to contact. These flags logged a total of 5.6 hours of flight time on September 11.

Thanks for the quick reply brother. I really appreciate it as I was a bit confused before but that cleared it all up. Thank you for doing this for the fellow BOTL. Be safe out there!

90% of the flags are on their way! I'm still waiting on a few stragglers to get me info that I need but they should be out the door a few days later.

This is what our post office looks like at 10am. That's about an hour to an hour and a half long line lol.

Most of the flags are on their way as of today. Last batch took about 2-3 weeks to make it to the states so I expect the same for these.

Flag received - very nice certificate. Appreciate the effort you put into this.

I'll post a pic once it is properly framed and hung. TR en route!
