  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

In 2012, Pizza Hut Canada released a perfume called Eau de Pizza Hut that was intended to smell like a freshly opened box of Pizza Hut pizza. The perfume was created after Pizza Hut asked fans on Facebook how much they liked the smell of a box of their pizza.

How did the perfume come about?
  • The perfume was created as part of a Canadian promotion.

  • Only about 110 bottles were made and given to fans.

  • The perfume was similar to Burger King's men's body spray, Flame, which was released in 2008.
What did the perfume smell like?

  • The perfume was designed to smell like a box of Pizza Hut pizza being opened.
  • It had top notes of freshly baked, hand-tossed dough.
Other food-themed perfumes
Pizza Hut's parent company, Yum! Brands, has also created other food-based products, such as the KFC Double Down sandwich and the Taco Bell Doritos Locos Taco.

Rumor has it they had to recall the Taco Bell perfume because it immediately made those around you have the uncontrollable urge to shit their pants.
