I know about the unavailability of Cigar Bars and the no smoking laws :barf:

I have read about Esquire Cigar and the "hoops" they had to jump.

Any members have any more information they can share??

I wish I could help you out. I used to live up there and still go to Ft Wayne to visit friends quite often. We used to go to a pool hall that was cigar friendly. Now that the anti-smoking laws took effect we just do not go out as often while in town. So the town is at least loosing they money that my friends and I would be spending while visiting. When I lived there they had what good smoking law. If the establishment allowed under 18 then the smoking area had to be sealed off with it's own ventilation. Oh well, I just had to vent about a once friendly city.
