Found the Pappy Van Winkle mother load!

Walked into a new store to check out their selection. I had heard they usually get good stuff.
Anyways they had 6 bottles Pappy 20 yr, and 6 bottles Van winkle 12yr...

Anyways here's the kicker.... $499 for the 20yr and $249 for the 12yr. Talk about highway robbery! I casually mentioned pappy to the clerks and then laughed at their prices. Even informed them other places were selling at $112 and $65.. They then told me that the owner would be willing to take offers. Still at $499/250 their way to far off! I guess the owner likes to drink the stuff so he doesn't care if he sells or not.. Weak sauce!

Well I guess I can't complain the only place I've found Pappy in my area is being sold at $299 after tax for the 20 yr old... damn, $499!?! LOL

Sorry Tony. Been sold out for awhile and caught a store on the right day several weeks ago. I was able to pick up a bottle for someone here.
