This is pretty much it. In recent years Florida has been a "swing" state in Presidential elections. Nobody is willing to piss off the Cuban expatriots so the ridiculous embargo continues. Only the Cuban people suffer. I have a hunch that misguided and misplaced loyalty to an assassinated President may also have something to do with it. Funny how we are doing all kinds of business with Vietnam, but Cuba is off limits. . .
