The smoke shop is going to send me replacements, but they dont have one of the cigars I ordered anymore:sadstare: , so they are shipping me something else of comperable value. I filed a complaint with UPS, and they called me the next day and appologized and told me thy would be reviewing proper handling techniques with him. I told the thanks, because all I wanted was an appology from them, and for the driver to know that I didnt appreciate his carelessness. Hopefully I wont have this happen again. Didnt mean to get some of you guys all worked up. Cheers!
Luke that is good news! I would most definitely want an apology also but watch out that he doesn't try that crap again. Nobody is gettin worked up around here, this made for a great thread on who is responsible for what these days.
