I've said this before - but this is just a reminder. I'll be breaking BOTL over time in order to get it into a far better place. Just be patient if you can't reach us! We'll be back
I never have any problem streaming the Netflix. I have Fios though. I have watched the streaming movies from netflix at my mom's house and she has DSL and there is no problem. I dont think that it streams at 1080 at her house though....but I am not sure on that one.
I could really care less if it is 1080 or 720 for most of the movies I get, just dont feel like renting from ps3 anymore. Takes 4-6 hrs for a movie to dl, if I can get similar quality/price without the movie stopping and lagging I would rather use netflix.
The only problems I have had streaming netflix is on my blu-ray player and that is a samsung problem. On the wii it is fine, on the computers it is fine. I upgraded the flash of the blu ray and has been fine since.
netflix is probably the best subscription service i've ever had. the streaming quality is really good, you can stream from xbox, and where you stopped watching in a movie is logged so you can pick back up from that second. its completely worth it for 10 bucks a month in my opinion.
