No strings here. As title says. I have an extra one, and just received a badass new Liga cutter, so I just wanted to pay it forward. The cutter has been used, but works great, and was my go to cutter. I would prefer this go to someone that needs a good cutter, but I wont be picky. First response gets it. Enjoy brothers!
