    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hello all!

Sorry about last week, I was out of town, and had no access to internet (damn destination weddings!)

To TRY and make up for it, I have a Tat Ashtray that I picked up from somewhere sometime along the road...I have multiple ashtrays, and just never got around to opening this one, so it is yours IF you can answer this question...

Continuing my 80's theme...I was growing up just the 80's were ending, but I was living in Panama at the time, and I remember watching most all of the videos that came on MTV...

One of my faves was EXTREMELY artistic in scope, very different then anything else that was out there...While most videos were very basic, this one went beyond those...

All I will tell you at first is that the singer has a pretty distinctive voice, and that I am an artist by trade, which is prob why I love it so much...

First one to get me the name of the artist, the name of the song and a description of the video (or a link to the actual video) gets it!

The eurythmics, "sweet dreams"? Its was kind of arts, annie lenox in the suit and tie with that closed shaved head of red hair and then the field of cows.

$hit, just saw you say when the 80's were ending. Oh well, not sure about late 80s. Too many to choose from. Thanks for the contest Brooks. These were my first YouTube postings, pretty easy to post them here.

No, but a GREAT video (as was Thriller)....

Ok, another hint...The singer is male, has a VERY distinctive voice, and while he did get some recognition, he never really made it to the big time (what I would call a "B" series singer in terms of how people know him)...

Also, the video was released in the late 80's (that is, 1987-89)...
