Check out Home Depot and Lowe's I think also. Maybe they'll have scratch and dent sales??? I know locally here on Long Island, PC Richard and son is having a massive tent sale of all scratch and dents, floor models etc of appliances.

Some people adapt the compressor ones just fine. At that price, it might be worth it.

I use one with a compressor...if you have AC in the house and keep it arount 68 (or put the thing in the basement) you never have to plug the system in.

I believe this is where I got mine. It was a scratch n dent but I never did find the dings.
