BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Herf Party Bring Your Smokes!
As I have so many great people in my life that are cigar smokers or will smoke the occasional cigar and because my internet cigar group has grown locally, I’m having a cigar party. I wish to invite all levels of cigar folk, from seasoned snobs to my delightfully unenlightened friends who smoke flavored and infused cigars to come out for a good time. Bring your other half even if they don’t smoke, this is all about the people and the cigars are just a bonus. The regular suspects (my crew) will outnumber the internet board considerably, so let’s try not to scare them too hard, but with apologies in advance, it is a party! With that said, this is not an appropriate party to bring children too, so please adults only.
The party will start at 4 PM on Saturday, 12 December, 2009 and end when we run out of steam. The goal is to have everyone on location by 5PM so I can break out a box of cigars that we can all share together for the first cigar of the evening. It will be intentionally mild to allow everyone to partake. Then in no particular order we will eat, drink, smoke and carry on as we do so well.
Sybil (my wife) has agreed to make us pork and bake bread, I believe theribdoctor (cigar forum name) will be grilling some chicken, I will likely do some small steaks and depending on what people want to bring, we’ll round out with some side dishes and desserts. Sybil makes the best margaritas in the universe and will be pouring, and we have a basic bar in the house, but other than margaritas, soda and water you should consider this BYOB.
Keep in mind that the center of the party will be the outside covered porch, which gets cold when it gets late, so pants, long sleeves and a jacket is probably wise. You can jump in the hot tub if you want to warm up, we’ll have towels.
If anyone has any questions please let me know, if you are planning on bringing something please let us know so we can coordinate the variety.

Just another bumb to keep this on top. Less than a week out, I know there are more south florida brothers, so if you want in just speak up. So far my group who are not on the board has BOTL outnumbered so it's still a good sized group and it will be a wild party I'm sure.
