I'd like to purchase a box of sharks. Does anyone know when these will be arriving for Father's Day? We are expecting the birth of our son this August and I wanted to try and age a box and smoke one on each of his birthdays.

Sharks are only released at Christmas time. All the other anejo are available around fathers day. Congrats on the child!

I was at a local shop here in AZ that had one box of the sharks this weekend. If you want the info, PM me, you can call and see if he is willing to ship them to you. He told me he is only willing to sell them as a box.

I did this with a box of Hemingway's with our second child, will be smoke the first one in May.

Thanks everyone. I have a couple of leads that I'm following...I even e-mailed the Fuente family through their web site and received a response within a couple of hours...outstanding customer service!

I found some places online that are charging $30/stick...but I can't swing that when the MSRP is in the $10 -12 ish range.

I don't know where you are at in MI but there was the better part of a box at a Metro Detroit shop (Sat AM). I'm not sure if I can PM yet (just joined to reply to this) but let me know if you want the info. Right around $18 per. There may have been a limit 2 sign, I don't go to this place often so I don't know how serious they are about it.
