I'm looking for some advice concerning flavor, strength and body of cigars.
My personal definitions in selecting a stick is...
Flavor; is just that...Flavor described such as leather, chocolate, nutty, etc.
Strength; is the amount of nicotine kick.
Body; is the smoke density, such as thick creamy smoke or thin airy smoke.
With that said...
I do enjoy some heavy tasty sticks; I have a box of Camacho Triple Maduros that I won't tourch until I've eaten a whole side of beef to keep me from hallucinating!
But I'm looking for some daily smokes that are not so nicotine intense.

I prefer lots of flavor in a cigar (natural flavor, not flavored cigars). I also prefer full body thick creamy smoke.
The mystery for me is how to find full flavor & body without full strength.
I don't have a nicotine adversity; it's just that I'd rather not pass out buzzing like a chainsaw from nicotine.
On the other hand; I don't want some light cigar lacking yummy flavor.
Any suggestions on what to buy?:dunno:
Thanks

Man o War Ruinations are great but may be a little too strength for what you are looking for. Try an Avo Maduro, it is a great cigar. Also Illusiones have a lot of Flavor to them but are not over powering.

Try the illusione cigars. They are packed with flavor without too much of a nicotine hit. I especially like the 68, cg4, and mk.

Zulu, go see Eric at Bg Easy Cigars in Studio City. Try any of the Brown or Red Label Tatuajes or a Triunfador. Full Flavor, complex cigar. Not too bad ass of nic hit and great enjoyment! Also the La Flor Dominicanas (Stay away from the double and triple ligero), Illusiones are excellent too!

Try the Illusione MK or that Tat Angeles. Both of those smokes should give you what you're looking for ( about an hour's worth of smoke ) and you aren't going to pass out from the nic buzz!

I'm right with you man! The only thing I'd clarify (maybe this is just me) but the "body" of a cigar seems to me to be more than just texture, but also how much the smoke "impacts" your palate...that's not a great explaination...

...for example, a mild bodied cigar at lunch will allow me to be able to still fully enjoy a medium or full bodied cigar that evening, but if I smoke a full-bodied cigar at lunch, chances are I won't be able to taste nearly as much of a cigar that evening (and I'll probably be tasting that full-bodied cigar all day...and maybe even the next day!).

My favorites are full-flavored but mild or medium bodied cigars, with strength being of secondary importance. For example, this week I smoked both the Cubao and the 601 Black which were both AWESOME full-flavored sticks, and both in the medium-bodied and strength range. Prefect for me!

Excellant choice, my personal favorite is the Avo Domaine!
