My business laptop was definitely on the list, Precision M70. My replacement battery was ordered online on 8/16. I'm not holding my breath. Generally, I turn it off because I am travelling with it. On the other hand, it's my only one with wireless so it can be indespensible.

My wife and sister each have one of the Inspiron 6000 models which are affected by this. I think that my wife had said she is supposed to have the new battery here by the end of this week.
