How bout the tatuaje tattoo or illusione rothchildes. Both really good smokes for 5 bucks or less. Also like one said above the AJ Fernandez new world is good. One more would be the nica rustica.

I was going to say, "Just get a box of Tattoos." That way, you can smoke 'em, too. Rothchildes is also a great selection.

I would also recommend the Short Story. It's around the $5 mark, won't take too long to smoke, is a nice tasting medium-body (ish) cigar...
