Golf Weekend Getaway in Cali

Dates are locked in...June 24, 25, and 26.

3 rounds of golf and two night stay in Springville, CA I have reserved the entire Springville Inn for this weekend, but space is very limited. The rates will vary based on the sleeping accommodations. We have a couple private rooms available if anyone wants to bring their wife.

Springville Inn - Special arrangements have been made to keep the bar open later. Cigars are allowed on the patio and they will have live entertainment outside for us on Friday night.

We play two rounds of golf at River Island. One on Friday and one on Saturday

The Rates shown below are for both nights and includes all taxes and fees. Just add $150 per golfer to get your total for the weekend.

Deluxe Suite 1
Two-room Suite with a king bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The Suite has two full bathrooms, two televisions, and refrigerator.

Two-room Suite with a king bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The Suite has two full bathrooms, two televisions, and refrigerator. This suite has a bay window in the living room facing our beautiful mountains. All of our rooms feature ceiling fans and air conditioning, private bath, telephone, satellite television and coffee maker.

River Island Country Club

Located in the Sierra Foothills of Tulare County, our Championship Golf Course accompanies a wide choice of recreation opportunities.

River Island Country club is a 6 time host of the San Joaquin Valley Amateur. Our club was honored to be chosen as one of the California State Amateur Qualifying sites in 1999.

The golf course boasts the highest course and slope rating in both Kings and Tulare counties.

Format

Friday
Four man team - You take the top two scores of the foursome on each hole for your team scores.

Saturday
Two man Scramble - Each team member hits their ball, then they get to pick the best of the two on each shot and both hit from that location and so on. You only record one score.

Sunday
Two man Best Ball - Each player hits their own ball. They take the lower score of the two on each hole. You only record one score.

Teams to be determined. Teams will be based on your average scores.
