  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Damn that's a great first pipe Dave! I've been contemplating giving it a go myself. I'm damn good with metal on a lathe and mill but wood....eh we'll just have to wait and see. Nice job dude!

Beautifully done, Dave.

While that's something I tell myself I'd love to try, I don't have the space, tools, or experience/skill to start. So I will live vicariously through guys like you and Cody. Can't wait to see more!

So Dave, do you have a recommendation on where to look at how to make a pipe? I know I've seen a couple but since you've done it recently you might have more insight as to what was helpful and not so helpful. Also I'm very intrigued how you drilled your tobacco chamber and air hole.

Well between you and my DIY passion I ended up ordering some wood. This may be a huge mistake to try first with morta because I gather it's a bitch to work with, but I plan on just sanding it into shape after band sawing my rough shape. Damn you! How hard can it be? (famous last words)
