  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

My B&M has moldy sticks right in the case and call it plume. They regularly store at 72, Which to me is too high. They're the best place in town too.

Maybe youvevjuet had bad luck online.

Speaking from my experience, take that for whatever it is worth, I have been buying quality boxes of cigars from CI for years. Never had a sub prime box, ever. Now I have bought off brand, seconds and x outs that were advertised as such. I quit buying close outs becuse the writers at CI are very good at making a cigar sound good. Most are not. The seconds I bought, RP's, Perdomo, Indian Tabac were always excellent sticks at great prices. A blemish here a spot there, yes. But as advertised.

I found with CI like any bulk seller I had to know my cigars and buy what I knew. Good, price, great people.

Sorry Zen, I dont buy it.

Funny you say this. I was in a B&M this week that had several boxes of cigars with what I first thought was plume. But plume isn't fuzzy is it?

NOPE...MOLD IS 3D

Plume is like a dusting. Then at extreme age, it can get heavier like a small crystal. My Robert Burns from the early 50's are covered in gold colored crystals. They shimmer in the light.
