We have a bootmaker in town, and I decided to pay him a visit about making me a custom wallet, lighter cover, and cutter cover.
I think they turned out pretty good, and the price was very reasonable.
The lighter is a Xikar Allume single flame, and the cutter is also a Xikar from Casa Fuente in Vegas.



Those vinyl covers they send when you register had definitely seen better days
