I've got a buddy who used to put Post-It notes on cars with parking grades on them. Now I think the DMV should just issue paintball guns with the driver's license. Somebody does something stupid and the car gets shot with a paintball. Five paintball splats and the police take your license. And no I don't think the ACLU would buy off on it.
