Fox News just had a guy on that has rated charities that do the best job getting aide to the people in need

Among the top charities are:

Partners in Heath - PIH.org
Direct Relief Intl - Directrelief.org
Americares.org
Save the Children.org
Watermissions.org

So many of the charities are scams.
