  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I had a friend send me a box of Hamilton Reserve today. I am new at this but they look to be about 9x48 or so. Doe anyone know anything about these cigars?

Is it Hamilton House? I believe the company is owned by the family of George Hamilton. Yes, that George Hamilton. The guy who likes things toasted. I've had 2 of these in the past. Well, portions of 2 anyway. I didn't really like them. There was a flavor in them that didn't quite agree with me. But, everyone has his own taste preferences. This may end up being your go to stick. Plus, they are very inexpensive.

I remember liking them enough to buy a box about 6 years ago... Then I took a vaca from smoking & they dried out & were thrown out.

Those days - -my favorite smokes were Griffins, Avo Maduro & XO, Ashton Cabinets, Macanudo vintage, Zino Traditions, etc.

(Still have the box - the wife uses it for peticure supplies?)

they weren't his taste either so he sent me one and I thought it was pretty good everyday smoke. So he sent me the whole box. Of course at 9 inches it takes half a day to smoke one. Thought I would get some opinions .
