Starting to prepare and get ready for the dinner right now. Got a decent crowd going to be here today. Atleast they will come in shifts. Should be in the 20 or so range as far as attendance. If you are in the neighborhood, stop on in and get fed.

Turkey
Drunken turkey
honey baked ham
mashed potatoes
gravy
home made stuffing (by my wife)
corn
green beans
broccoli casserole
deviled eggs (by my mom)
rolls
apple pie
pumpkin pie

What makes up the Broccoli caserole JT?
It is broccoli, cheddar and colby and some mozzerlla cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and some bacon and ritz crackers.

Semi-cook the broccoli and drain.
mix the cheeses and the soup till pretty warm, throw in some bacon crumbles
then pour the mixture over the broccoli in a 2 inch high casserole dish. crush the ritz crackers to cover then sprinkle some more cheese over that and then bake it till the thing is hot and the top is browned.

It is good for leftovers the next day. Just warm it up with some milk added.

I hope everybody here has a safe and happy Thnksgiving with plenty of food , family and fun (and football) and a fine cigar.

I am thankful that my family will be here to enjoy this day with me.

Please remember all the people that cannot be with family during the holidays for one reason or another.

Damn man, that does sound like some serious gas in the making!

We're going with the following:
14lb Bird grilled in the Webber
Honeyed Ham
Corn
Green bean Casserole
Stove Top stuffing
Baked mashed sweet potatoes with orange juice concentrate and topped with marshmallows
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Homemade Swedish noodles with gravy
Rolls
Canned Cranberry "relish" - the kind that is gelantenous
2 Pecan pies
2 Pumpkin pies

And it is just me, Rach, GW, Anderson, and the wife's aunt. :hysterica
