I've been trying to get a hold of Tim for a while now, with no luck.
Hopefully everything's okay on his end. I haven't had a reply to my emails.

Talked to him Saturday evening, super swamped with new orders, but he is okay.

He responded on Facebook and said he answered his emails. He said everything is fine. You may want to try emailing him agian or PM him on Facebook.

I tried getting ahold of him for awhile but it took him awhile to get back to me. Seems to be overwhelmingly busy, I had a issue with an order(s) and it took around two weeks to get resolved. Still haven't really heard back on my last email, but he said his business was growing quicker than he could handle or something around those lines.

Just my two cents, your not gonna get the best responses until the company adjusts to the demand. Hope it does adjust soon as he seems like a good guy from what I hear, but I had a tough time with it.
