If it is the original maduro (gold and white) band then no... You can find them once and awhile. If it is the new dark burgundy band then yes....they are around.

There are two different ones. The original release ones have the gold and white band like TADD mentioned. The new ones have the dark burgundy band. The original release was a limited release and featured a Corojo wrapper. The newer, regular production release features a Mexican San Andreas wrapper. I haven't had any of the newer ones yet, but I have some 88s awaiting their fate. I've had some of the original HL Maduros and they were quite good.

The original hl maduros are amazing cigars, imvho. Just love them. Haven't had one of the new ones yet with the new wrapper, but I had an 88 and thought it was good.

Actually thought the HL candela was the better 2. I had a box of both. (released at the same time.) But knowing Dions cigars I'm sure they aged wonderfully. All are now gone.

Good info, let us know how it is. Looking forward to trying one soon too, but I had my eye on a 2008 HL nattie first.

I got a few of the OR and a few of the new release. The OR seemed to be better to me and drawed alot better than the new ones.

Illusione is the maker and i have a couple of their original go at a maduro wrapper
I actually think it is a HL (not H1) like I originally posted. Illusione has since come out with several maduro sticks.

Unfortunately, I have not smoked one yet. I will send you an update as soon as I get to smoke it. I am still a cigar review virgin so maybe that would be the one I start with.

Update coming soon!!!
