Was in Smokey's Tobacco shop and they told me about this while I was in there.
It's at Oscar's Mexican Restaurant beside Smokey's. Located in SaveRite/Michaels Plaza on SW corner of 59 / 98.
Raffle: $1 for "humi filled with cigars & cutter"
Tickets (cover?): $20
I guess its like a meet-n-greet/herf deal, not sure if there'll be sampling or anything.
Gotta check to see if the warden will let me come out.
