Anybody remember the show? Paladin? Richard Boone?

Anyway, I have a Colt .32 1903 M hammerless pistol that has been handed down from my grandfather to my mom and now to me. I'm not a gun enthusiast and would like to know how much this thing is worth. It has been professionally cleaned and tested. I don't know how many times it has been shot, but my mom and I have never shot it. I would like to sell it. Pictures posted below

Thanks for your help gang.

Those are cool little handguns! Are you sure that you want to sell it, since it's an heirloom?

Regarding the value, so much will depend on the condition. Is the blueing worn in places? Any scratches or marring? Any cracks or worn places on the grips? Is the bore in good shape? There's a Type IV of this model on Guns America auction right now that the seller wants $1,495.00...not saying he'll get anywhere near that, but it's what he's asking. But, his is 99.9% mint (according to him) and has the original box, owner's manual, etc.

Can you post some photos? Best WAG if it's in average condition might be $500.00 - $600.00? There are some collectors who will pay a lot just because of that little pony on the grips!

If you want top value, don't just sell it to a gun dealer though; they'll screw you for certain. Maybe there's a shop around you that would sell it on consignment? You'll still lose a % for their consignment fee, though.

Good luck!
