Believe it or not Circus Circus has one if not the the best steak houses in Las Vegas. Its like an island in a sea of bedlam. Old world steak house with prime dry aged beef. Wonderful.

You are correct sir! My boss and I went there 2 years ago and he still raves about it!

Lot of nice steakhouses in Vegas. This is my favorite next to Del Friscos which has a fabulous cigar lounge right smack dab in the middle of it. Also worth checking out.
