The Shilo in Beaverton/Portland on Canyon has a full cigar bar up stairs. The Shilo at the airport has a cigar room that is also very nice.
I get over to 82nd every now and then -- they have a good selection and they know their stuff.
Of the 50 or so cigar bars in Oregon before the law changed there are 8 left. Six are in the Metro area (Shilo Inn Beaverton, Shilo Inn Airport, McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse, McMenamins Grand Lodge, McMenamins Edgefield, and El Gaucho). Don't know where the other two are.
Under the new law it is not possible to open a new cigar bar. The ones that are left are grandfathered under the law until they close...
