Edward's Pipe and Cigar in Fort Collins, Havana Manor Longmont are the two closest. Havana Manor in Louisville is the one I visit most since I live 5 or so miles from it. Cigars on 6th is another I like to visit if I'm in Denver. Let me know when your in CO and we can try to meet up.
