Help me pick the best picture part 2

So in the last poll 3A got the most votes, with 3B coming in second. Some people told me the bands took away from the cigar, or made it look like an ad. I decided that as a art piece it would look better without the bands, so went with the angle of 3A. Also had some tell me the black didn't work for them. So I added a full tobacco leaf as a background to a picture. Let me know which one of these 2 you like.

The background on 2 is SUPER distracting. Simplicity is nice.

Yeah I was having a hard time making sure nothing else was showing in the background. I'm far from a real photographer so feedback is good. Thanks.

No thats the way I took the picture. Got me a much better camera now so prob won't even mess with this pictures. Bad thing is I don't have the culebra anymore, I gave it to Dion LOL.
