Help me troubleshoot my lighter: Colibri colibri enterprise ii

Problem: I am unable to control the torch size--it's stuck on high

Info: I've had this lighter for a while, but haven't used it much. Worked fine during the first handful
of uses and refills.
I am not sure if it's related to the quality of the fuel I have been using--Zippo Premium Butane Fuel

additional information:

When I tighten or loosen the torch adjuster, the size of the torch does not change either way.

Have you contacted Colibri?

Did you bleed it ?

I've bled it dry.

Suppose it's easiest to just try and contact Colibri.
Hope I don't hit any snags. I purchased through
CI and notice on the warranty card that the retailer
stamp is blank.
