Helped my buddy in a BBQ Competion

I got to help a good buddy of mine compete in Greenwood's SC Festival Discovery BBQ competition yesterday. He placed 20th overall out of 67 teams. His best category was ribs, in which he got a 4th place call and a nice little check! A lot of big names in the BBQ world competed in this one, including Johnny Trigg from TLC's BBQ Pitmasters!

I had a great time. had a lot of amazing food, and learned a lot about BBQ in general.

A buddy of mine and I enter into one of Atlantas biggest Chili cookoffs each year, next year we are planning on branching out into the BBQ world.

Congrats on the fun, it is always a good time.
