BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Like I said earlier, worst case they notice the mistake and refund our money. Best case, they honor the deal.
They aren't open on the weekends I believe. Could explain why.
Can always cancel if they don't honor the price.
Well i threw my hat in the ring picked me up a box of the signatures, AB tempus, and AF PC maddy's. This is what happens when regulars leave early for the weekend and leave the new guy incharge of the website. Be a miracle if they honered the prices.
Hope you all took screenshots or something. It looks like they're having issues with their e-commerce tool. I saw two error pages including one mentioning SMTP errors. If the e-commerce tool is actually a 3rd party vendor and the SMTP error is between the 3rd party vendor and CheapHumidors, CheapHumidors might not have received your orders - assuming they do so via email.
I pulled down a screen grab of the 601 Blue's in the event that they try and charge me more for the box. If anyone wants it, PM me and I can send it along via email.
Very interesting... While browsing, the af signatures disappeared from the site. I ended up with a box of af hemingway classic and a box of avo xo intermezzo for $110.
Now I go back to the site and entire cigar tab on the left is gone...
Oh well, I guess we all just have to wait and see. I hope the honor the orders...

Allow me to take a moment to chime in if I may. As you have noticed, there was a pricing issue on our website that took place on the 17th and was noticed today. This resulted in prices on cigars being posted with obvious errors, and too good to be true pricing.
As a result, we have taken all the cigars down from our website until the pricing errors have been corrected. I have identified the issue, and more importantly the employee responsible for the error which will cost the company in excess of $5000.
While it would be easiest to just cancel the entire lot of orders, and state a website error, I do not believe that is the prudent thing to do. As a merchant the prides itself on being reputable, it is my intention to make good on these purchases. As long as our supplier has sufficient stock and/or allows us to purchase the inventory, we will make all customers whole.
